Ad agency Pyramid starts a new branding agency

The Helsingborg-based ad agency Pyramid has for the last nine years been ranked as Sweden’s best B2B-agency. Now Pyramid starts a new branding agency named Graal. This will be Sweden’s first branding agency to offer both strategic help and market communication that is scientifically proven to drive sales, i.e. premium price and/or volume, and more traditional development of brand platforms and corporate identities.

Pyramid has for more than 25 years delivered branding and communication solutions to many of the largest B2B-companies in the Nordic region. During the last 10 years, brand strategy and communication have become increasingly important for B2B companies. When physical products are perceived as pretty much similar, emotional factors such as trust, knowledge or even prestige (i.e. the meta values that a company brand is comprised of) become more and more important.

– Pyramid now takes the next step, starting up the branding agency Graal, says Ulf Vanselius, CEO and principal owner of Pyramid. Three years ago, we started the web agency Petra, which in 2014 was named Sweden’s best agency in the yearly Agency of the Year-contest. We have similar ambitions with Graal.

–We have identified a market niche where few, if any, of the Swedish branding agencies master both analysis and strategy and identity and communication for international companies. Graal focuses on solutions that are scientifically proven to drive sales for companies in B2B and B2C. The ambitions are high. Within three years we want Graal to be Sweden’s best branding agency.

–Many customers are looking for a specialized branding agency, continues Ulf Vanselius. The reasons vary. In an increasingly challenging competitive environment only the strongest brands can become the winners. Mergers are also a classic example of a situation when the new company needs a new identity and strategic platform. Sometimes companies think that their ad agency is good, but lacks expertise in strategic branding. In such cases, Graal will offer Sweden’s sharpest branding solutions – from analysis and strategy to identity and brand communication.
