On Friday, April 16, to meet the challenges of an exciting growth market, four companies – Jung, Landscaping, Sjunnesson’s Landscaping and Qbikum – came together under the group name Green Landscaping. This makes the company one of Sweden’s leading players, with a complete range of expertise in the design, creation and maintenance of the outdoor environment. The new group chose Pyramid as partner to develop a strong, long-term communication platform as well as the campaign to launch the new company.
“Pyramid proved best able to respond to our need for a strategic communications partner with the right skills and resources to manage a large deployment that developed within a relatively tight time frame,” says Catherine Carlfalk, Marketing Manager at Green Landscaping.
The national landscaping market is estimated at approximately SEK 12 billion (2008) and covers maintenance, installation, some excavation work and competitive municipal operations. Growth has averaged between 10 and 15% p.a. over the last three years and the market is expected to grow at the same rate in the years ahead. Green Landscaping covers the entire central and southern Sweden, where about 80% of the market is.
